Specifically geared toward teens and their capabilities, our teen cooking classes delve deeper into topics like food and kitchen safety, hands-on cooking skills, measurements and ingredients, and the importance of healthy eating to both body and mind. Recognizing teens' increasing independence, we give them the tools and information they need to prepare delicious meals, while empowering them to make their own (wise) food choices. In each class, the teens explore a new recipe, using a wide variety of natural ingredients. And with our take-home laminated recipe cards, who knows - maybe their early days away from home won't be fueled entirely by pizza and ramen noodles!

Class information: Classes are divided into 11-14 and 15-18 age groups. Each class is 1.5 hours long and costs $30, with a maximum class size of 10. In order to make sure we have enough ingredients and to minimize waste, we ask that you register and pay in advance. Because class size is limited and we use only the freshest ingredients, please understand that we need 48 hours notice to provide a refund or reschedule.
