No upbringing is complete without a basic knowledge of how to feed yourself! Our teen classes and programs incorporate basic and advanced cooking techniques (including knife skills), food and kitchen safety, recipe and ingredient origin, time-saving tricks and nutrition tips. But we don't just build skills and cook up delicious dishes. We create a fun and communal environment for teens to connect with food and each other.
TEENS CAN COOK
for ages 9-14
Teens Can Cook is our original cooking class series - an ongoing foodie adventure! Teens cook up an exciting new recipe each week in hour long classes (everything from Chocolate Mousse Cupcakes to Kale Caesar Salad). Join us every week, or register for a drop-in.
TEENS NITE OUT
for ages 11-14
In these 3-hour workshops, teens cook up delicious food, learn new kitchen skills, and enjoy hangout time with friends (old and new!). A great way to spend a Friday or Saturday evening.
Dec 26-30 & Jan 2-6
Teens can have fun, keep busy and stay warm this Winter Break! Choose from our 3-hour Culinary Workshops (for ages 11-14) and our Full Day Cooking + Science Camps (for ages 5-12). Registration is by the day - join us for one day, all 8, or anything in between.
